Target Car Seat Trade-in Event Starts today 9/12-9/25. Do you have an old car seat you’d like to replace? Head to Target to trade it in and get 20% off a new car seat, stroller or select baby gear.
Just bring your old car seat or base and drop it in the designated box. Open your Target app and scan the code on the box then open your wallet on the Target app to find your coupon.
When & Where
- When: Sept. 12 – Sept. 25, 2021
- Where: Car seats can only be traded in at a Target store.
- Target will have drop-off boxes for guests’ unwanted car seats located near Guest Services.
- All stores are participating in the program
Trade-in Details
Beginning Sept. 12, guests will have the opportunity to recycle an old, expired or damaged car seat and redeem a coupon on their Target app or Target.com/circle for 20% off one car seat, stroller or select baby gear. Materials from the old car seats will be recycled by Target’s partner, Waste Management.
